A Peoples History
In their new book, "Voices of A People's History of the United States" celebrated historian Howard Zinn and his co-author Anthony Arnove gather inspiring speeches, fiery poems and sharp political essays by the people who built the social justice movements. Zinn and Arnove will read from and discuss their new book on Monday, May 2, at 7 p.m., at Politics and Prose Bookstore (5015 Connecticut Ave. NW).
