Washington's newest blog, DCist, promises to be "a website about Washington, D.C. and everything that happens in it. That means news and events, restaurants and bars, happenings and goings-on."
Welcome, and best of luck! If it does half the job here in DC that its parent blog, New York City's Gothamist, does in NYC, we're in for some quality blogging.
