Toward a Just and Peaceful World
The World Federalist Association of the National Capital Area is sponsoring a town hall meeting on the subject "Democratic United Nations Governance – Or Pax Americana?" Speakers will include former U.S. presidential candidate John B. Anderson and former Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-Ga.). The event takes place Saturday, May 10, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hilton Hotel, 1767 King St. (Rt. 7), Alexandria (King Street Metro).
