Sacred Space, Sacred Art
Come to a benefit for the DC Children’s Choir on Saturday, April 5, from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the historic sanctuary of All Souls Church, located at the corner of 16th and Harvard Streets NW.
The evening of dance and music will feature contemporary Buddhist, Cherokee and Japanese compositions, avant-garde works performed on the church’s celebrated Rieger organ, African-American gospel music and spirituals, and the minimalist music of Philip Glass and Michael Nyman.
