Will It Free DC?

The so-called "District of Columbia Fairness in Representation Act" bill may be headed to the "front burner." Will it bring the people of DC closer to full citizenship? Will it break the chains and free DC from the federal government? Is it a step forward or a step back? Come out, listen and join the discussion on HR 2043.
