SmART Streets is a fully funded community project administered by the
National Trust for Historic Preservation to enliven the pedestrian environment surrounding the Convention Center through public art and good urban design. In 2005, the project will install art at three important neighborhood locations and develop design concepts to guide future planned streetscape improvements.
